Please follow the instructions below on how to package and upload your data in order to backup device data to our servers.

Package Data for iOS

  1. Log into your account on the app.
  2. Tap the three horizontal line icon in the upper left-hand corner of the app.
  3. Select the "Help” option at the bottom of the next screen.
  4. Select “Status” from the ensuing menu.
  5. Select the "Package Data" button.
  6. Enter in the email address under which your GameChanger Classic account is registered.
  7. Allow the upload process to complete.

Package Data for Android

  1. Log into your account on the app. 
  2. Tap the three horizontal dots on the top right
  3. Go to "help & feedback"
  4. Tap 'upload debugging info"

Package Data Workaround for Mac Users

1) Connect your iOS (Apple) device(s) to your computer through a USB connection.
2) Open iTunes software on your computer.
3) Under the Devices section, right-click the connected device.
4) Select Back Up.
5) Download backup extraction software (safe and popular software linked) - http://bit.ly/oZTTpL
6) Run software.
7) Select Read Backups.
8) Choose the corresponding Backup by Device and Date, then Choose.
9) Locate the file titled, com.fungomedia.GC, then select Extract.
10) Select a location on your computer to extract/save the file to (it will save as a file).
11) Inside the saved folder go to 'Library', then go to the ‘cache5’ folder, then the ‘prod’ folder.  The files we need are every file except 0.db. If the files are too big to email then please send them to help@gc.com using dropsend.com
12) Send the compressed folder as an attachment in an email.
 
Package Data Workaround for PC Users
 
1) Connect your iOS (Apple) device(s) to your computer through a USB connection.
2) Open iTunes software on your computer.
3) Under the Devices section, right-click the connected device.
4) Select Back Up.
5) Download backup extraction software (safe and popular software linked) - http://bit.ly/bDSUM8
6) Run software.
7) Open iTunes Backups.
8) Choose the corresponding Backup by Device and Date, then Choose.
9) Locate and select the file titled, com.fungomedia.GC.
10) Open the File menu within the software and choose the option Check All.
11) With all files selected, open the File menu once more and select Export.
12) Select Export Only Checked Files.
13) You will then be prompted to save the export. Choose Make New Folder and name the folder.
10) Select Ok.
11) Locate and Right-click the saved folder, then choose the Send To option and select Compressed File (.zip).
12) Send the compressed folder as an attachment in an email.
